Job summary

Chalk is seeking a Support Engineer to serve as the front-line technical resource for customers using our ML data platform. You will diagnose issues, work with Engineering, and help clients maximize value from Chalk’s tools.

Build deep product knowledge, document solutions, and contribute to knowledge bases while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across finance, healthcare, and ecommerce domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in technical support or software engineering is desirable.
• Strong Python/SQL, debugging, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support to Chalk customers, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Engineering to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Develop deep product knowledge to help customers maximize value from Chalk.
• Document solutions, create knowledge-base articles, and share insights to prevent recurring issues.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product reliability, usability, and customer satisfaction.
