Kiewit Mining Group seeks a Front Line Supervisor – Equipment Maintenance to lead day-to-day equipment maintenance and supervise crews up to 20 people. Strong technical background in surface mining and heavy civil equipment is required, with emphasis on safety, quality and schedule adherence.

Location flexibility across North American sites; travel and shift work including nights and weekends may be required. Base compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of frontline supervision experience in mining or heavy civil construction.
• Familiar with MSHA operations and safety standards.
• Self-starter with initiative and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to ethics, safety, and quality.
• Able to lead a crew of up to 20 on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Direct supervision of maintenance technicians and craft personnel.
• Assist in hiring, training and development of crew.
• Maintain open communication with field engineers, safety and quality teams.
• Plan work, determine manpower, materials and equipment needs.
• Inspect conditions, troubleshoot, and implement cost-saving fixes.
• Monitor budget adherence and safety practices.
• Ensure schedules, inspections and deliveries are aligned.
• Escalate issues to management and coordinate with contractors.
