1915 South is seeking an Associate of Guest Solutions to be the front line of the guest experience. You will handle calls, manage service and warranty claims, coordinate delivery support, and own the full guest journey across all functions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service, call center, or guest-facing roles.
• Schedule: Weekdays, evenings, and weekends; office setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming guest calls and resolve issues at first contact.
• Process service and warranty claims from intake through resolution.
• Coordinate delivery support, scheduling, tracking and issue resolution.
• Maintain CRM and ticketing records for every interaction.
• Meet KPI targets for CSAT, first-call resolution, saves, and follow-up.
