Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in biological sciences, health sciences, social sciences or other medical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• One year experience in a clinical research capacity required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform daily clinical research activities in accordance with approved protocols.
• Identify eligible patients by reviewing records; recruit, interview and enroll participants; obtain informed consent and ensure compliant consent process.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-through of appointments, procedures, and diagnostic testing per protocol.
• Assist with collection, processing and evaluation of biological samples; administer questionnaires.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions, notify appropriate clinical professionals, and assist with data reporting and sponsor/regulatory communications.
• Assist with securing IRB/FDA compliance and prepare for external QA reviews; help develop new protocols and study goals.
