Job summary
The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Hematology division of the Department of Internal Medicine. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, health sciences, social sciences or other medical field or equivalent combination.
- One year experience in a clinical research capacity.
- Knowledge of regulatory and sponsor requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily clinical research activities per approved protocols.
- Identify eligible patients and recruit/enroll participants.
- Obtain informed consent and ensure consent process compliance.
- Assist with data collection, processing, and analysis.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report to appropriate staff.
- Prepare for IRB, FDA, and sponsor audits and reviews.
