Couto Management, operating Dunkin’ shops in Eastern Mass from the North Shore to Cape Cod, is hiring Crew Members to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact, you will greet customers, prepare food and beverages per brand standards, and help keep workstations clean and stocked. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a friendly team, delivering excellent service and smiling through busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, understand menus and Brand standards, and converse comfortably with individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously as the first point of contact.
• Prepare food and beverages in accordance with Brand standards.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including limited offers and promotions.
• Keep workstation clean and organized; stock inventory as needed.
• Operate cash register following proper cash-handling procedures.
