Qualifications

• Hands-on builders eager to learn from direct customer feedback.
• Experience shipping products that users actually use.
• You should be comfortable with React, TypeScript, Python; SQL and API development; AWS or modern cloud infra; building AI products with LLMs, RAG, or agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and founders to deliver real business impact from day one.
• Join customer calls to understand challenges and architect solutions.
• Deploy your product to production within the week and observe usage.
• Collaborate across workflow engine, data models, AI apps, and infra.
