UCSF invites applications for a senior administrative leader to guide the ARIA NINM Frontier Science Hub Initiative within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. You will partner with faculty leadership to steer strategic planning, budgeting, staff supervision, and compliance across a multi-institution consortium including Yale and Stanford.

The role emphasizes fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and implementing policies that align with program goals while fostering

Qualifications

Academic or government background facilitating research programs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience building collaborations between academia, industry and government.
Fundraising experience and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage budgets, HR and financial principles in complex programs.

Responsabilités

Serve as strategic and operational leader for the ARIA NINM Frontier Science Hub Initiative.
Provide oversight of program administration including strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
Supervise staff and manage budgets.
Act as liaison across the consortium, attending meetings and coordinating with advisory board and funders.
Design and implement workshops, conferences and publication initiatives.
