Job summary

Amae Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist with an active California license and DEA to join our onsite clinical team. This role emphasizes integrated, longitudinal care for individuals with severe mental illness and requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary staff.

Ideal candidates will have Clozapine REMS certification or willingness to obtain it, TMS certification is a plus, and a strong track record in clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist with a CA license and active DEA
• Willingness to obtain Clozapine REMS certification
• TMS Certification is a plus
• Prior experience with mental health or addiction services in diverse settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfort with varied clinical environments

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral healthcare management across Amae Health patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans during engagement and stabilization
• Offer regular consultations in person and virtually as needed
• Collaborate with care teams for integrated treatment
• Address medical needs and social determinants affecting recovery
