• Experience guiding R&D from concept to implementation

Responsibilities

• Evaluate emerging AI advancements across labs, academia, and industry
• Conduct hands-on assessments and proof-of-concepts to validate applicability
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI systems spanning infrastructure and MLOps
• Deliver working systems, not slides
• Support integration of AI technologies in complex environments (cloud, hybrid, edge)
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership to engineers and researchers
• Lead design reviews and raise the technical bar of the research team
• Convert prototype learnings into reusable frameworks and architectures
