Responsibilities

• Own founder leverage: drive top initiatives and ensure execution against partner/investor conversations.
• Take first customers from zero to one and work with cross-functional teams to scale pilots.
• Own company operating rhythm: planning cycles, KPIs, comms, and cross‑team execution.
• Handle special projects like partnerships, launches, or market analyses.
