Snorkel AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Researcher to partner with frontier AI labs on challenging data problems. This role blends deep technical research with direct customer engagement, shaping data and RL environments to boost frontier model performance and delivering actionable plans with customer teams.

You will drive evaluation frameworks, establish measurable success metrics, and collaborate with Research on capabilities users will need next.

Qualificações

• Experience in frontier AI, LLMs, data pipelines, and evaluation methodologies.
• Customer-facing or collaborative research experience with clients.
• Proficiency with Python and ML tooling; comfortable running evaluations in containers.

Responsabilidades

• Own a technical domain end to end, setting the bar for what is built.
• Design datasets and environments to improve model performance.
• Lead technical discussions with customer researchers on capabilities, data needs, and success criteria.
• Evaluate model behavior to uncover weaknesses and data interventions.
