Job summary

Mirendil is building a frontier AI research company in the San Francisco area. You will operate at the center of a frontier AI lab, translating scientific depth into product and business momentum.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and co-founders on high-leverage problems, shaping founder priorities, customer engagements, and internal operating rhythms to sustain rapid progress. You’ll engage with ML researchers, articulate narratives for design partners, and help scale the research

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in CS, EE, physics, math, or another STEM field.
• Some industry experience as an engineer, scientist, or researcher.
• Ability to read papers and discuss ML systems credibly.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and strategy work.

Responsibilities

• Founder leverage: drive top-priority initiatives and keep founders focused.
• Zero to one with first customers: land early design partners and run pilots end-to-end.
• Company operating rhythm: build and run planning cycles, KPIs, and cross-team execution.
• Special projects: own partnerships, launches, and landscape analyses.
