Job summary

Cast Iron Coding in Portland, OR is seeking a Frontend Web Developer with 1+ year of professional experience to contribute to accessible, responsive interfaces using Astro, TanStack/React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Tailwind. You'll collaborate across teams and with clients from universities, state agencies, and nonprofits.

You’ll build user-facing apps and websites, maintain existing projects, ensure WCAG compliance, and participate in planning, estimation, and code reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional frontend experience.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frontend stacks (Astro, React, GraphQL, Tailwind).
• Commitment to accessible and responsive UI design.

Responsibilities
