Job summary

Armadin is seeking a Tech Lead Manager to guide the portal team, owning frontend and full-stack systems that present complex data clearly and scalably. You will shape architecture, mentor engineers, and partner with Product and Design to deliver trusted, fast experiences.

As an AI-native company, you’ll drive the portal toward AI-powered exploration, enabling customers to reason about their posture and act on insights. This role is in-person at our Palo Alto office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building data-heavy, user-facing products.
• Strong full-stack background with frontend depth.
• 5+ years engineering management, mentoring senior engineers.
• Own architecture and execution for significant product surfaces.
• Partner with Product and Design to simplify complex domains.
• Hands-on when it matters and able to review code.
• AI fluency in applying AI to practical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the portal engineering team with both people and technical direction.
• Own architecture and execution of core portal experiences with graph/visual data.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver intuitive, fast user experiences.
• Evolve the portal to support AI-driven exploration and reasoning.
• Build scalable frontend and full-stack systems using React/TypeScript with D3/WebGL.
• Coordinate with platform, data, and infra teams for a cohesive portal.
