Job summary

Capital Markets Gateway is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Mission Control team (DataLab) as the frontend technical lead for the Western Hemisphere. You will craft user-centric, performant interfaces for enterprise financial solutions using React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into clean code, set frontend architecture directions, uphold accessibility and quality, and champion design consistency across

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with React.
5+ years of experience with TypeScript.
10+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience leading frontend technical decisions and setting UI architecture standards.
Familiar with agentic coding tools (Claude, Codex, CoPilot) and maintaining high standards for correctness and security.
Strong full-stack experience is expected (Node.js or equivalent; .NET shop).
Fintech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the frontend technical lead for CMG’s DataLab product, guiding the Western Hemisphere team.
Contribute to frontend development harness and champion AI-assisted workflows across the team.
Develop and maintain complex, scalable frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into solid UI solutions.
Guide frontend architecture, component design, accessibility, performance, and DX improvements.
Contribute to product quality through unit, component, and E2E tests.
