Sentinel Group is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to join our Wakefield, MA team. The role owns the frontend stack and works with analysts and peers to build secure, scalable web applications. Hybrid work requires 1 day in the office with in-person trainings and workshops as needed.
The ideal candidate has strong TypeScript and ReactJS skills, experience with AWS, REST/JSON/OpenAPI/JWT, and a drive to learn and adapt in a collaborative environment. U.S. work authorization is required.

The Frontend Software Engineer is part of the development team, which has the responsibility for building,maintaining, enhancing and integrating home built custom applications using different technology stacksand connected systems. A frontend engineer at Sentinel learns and conducts requirement analysis,documents technical specifications, test plans, writes, reviews, debugs code and performs releases. Thisrole handles makes software design decisions together with higher staff and will own the frontend stack within Sentinel.
