Job summary

Sentinel Technologies, Inc. is seeking an accomplished technology sales professional in Colorado to own and execute a territory strategy.

You will engage executive decision-makers, lead complex multi-service sales pursuits, and act as a trusted advisor to accelerate growth across infrastructure, cloud, security, and managed services. You will build strategic relationships, leverage your network, and collaborate with a capable engineering and delivery organization to solve customer challenges.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in selling technology solutions.
• Strong business knowledge, verbal and written communication, negotiating skills.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive new business and expand market presence.
• Leverage existing relationships and proactive prospecting to open doors with new customers.
• Represent Sentinel as a trusted advisor at executive meetings and events.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits throughout the buying process.
• Conduct strategic discovery to understand objectives, challenges and requirements.
• Position and sell the full Sentinel portfolio (infrastructure, cloud, security, etc.).
• Close complex multi-year, multi-service agreements with advanced negotiation.

Responsibilities

This is an opportunity for accomplished technology sales professionals who are ready to make an immediate impact. At Sentinel, you'll have the autonomy to develop and execute your own territory strategy, leverage an established network while pursuing new business opportunities, and partner with a highly capable engineering and delivery organization to solve complex customer challenges.

You’ll engage executive decision-makers, lead sophisticated multi-service sales pursuits, and represent Sentinel as a trusted advisor across customer engagements and industry events. If you have a proven track record of opening doors, building trusted relationships, and consistently delivering results, you’ll find the freedom, resources, and market opportunity to accelerate your success while playing a key role in shaping the growth of our business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in selling technology solutions
• Must have strong business knowledge, strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiating skills and a demonstrated ability to sell solutions.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive new business, expand market presence, and capitalize on whitespace opportunities within target accounts.
• Leverage both existing industry relationships and proactive prospecting efforts to open doors with new customers and key decision-makers.
• Represent Sentinel as a trusted advisor and solution expert at executive meetings, customer engagements, industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits by engaging executive, business, and technical decision-makers throughout the buying process.
• Conduct strategic discovery sessions to understand customer business objectives, competitive challenges, long-term initiatives, and technology requirements.
• Position and sell the full Sentinel portfolio, including infrastructure, cloud, security, collaboration, managed services, and multi-service solutions.
• Structure, negotiate, and close complex multi-year and multi-service agreements by applying advanced solution-selling, competitive positioning, and negotiation expertise.
• Provide leadership across the sales organization by contributing market intelligence, supporting deal strategy, mentoring less experienced sellers, and fostering long-term customer success and retention.

Location:

This position reports to our Greenwood Village, CO office. During your first week of employment, you be onsite to participate in onboarding, team introductions, and training on company processes and systems. Following the completion of onboarding, this position has hybrid work arrangement once approved by management. There will be occasional travel to our headquarters in Downers Grove, IL for meetings, training, and company events, typically 2-4 times per year.

Compensation

Salary of $120,000 to $160,000 plus uncapped commissions creating unlimited earning potential.
