Job summary

Sentinel Group is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to own the frontend stack within our development team. This hybrid role is based in our Wakefield, MA area with in-office attendance one day per week and additional trainings as needed.

You will build, maintain, and enhance our homebuilt applications using TypeScript and ReactJS, while aligning with security and CI best practices. The ideal candidate has a strong growth mindset, experience with AWS, REST/JSON/OpenAPI/JWT, and a passion for

The Purpose of Your Role:

The Frontend Software Engineer is part of the development team, which has the responsibility for building,maintaining, enhancing and integrating home built custom applications using different technology stacksand connected systems. A frontend engineer at Sentinel learns and conducts requirement analysis,documents technical specifications, test plans, writes, reviews, debugs code and performs releases. Thisrole handles makes software design decisions together with higher staff and will own the frontend stack within Sentinel.

• Salary Range: $95,000-$105,000
  At Sentinel, compensation is calibrated to your geographic location to reflect local market conditions; the posted salary range may vary based on where you live.
