Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience with a frontend emphasis.
• Expert-level Java development with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Solid experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, EMR) and DevOps tools (Docker, Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development.
• Proven ability to critically review and apply GenAI-assisted code outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications supporting regulatory workflows.
• Build backend services using Java Spring Boot and design scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• Optimize database design and queries across relational and NoSQL systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Spark SQL).
• Use Python for scripting, automation, and data processing tasks.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools (e.g.,
• GitHub Copilot
• Kiro) across the SDLC for code generation, debugging, test automation, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain automated testing suites using tools like JUnit, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and compliance teams to deliver impactful software solutions.
• Mentor peers, participate in code reviews, and uphold high coding standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices using AWS and containerization technologies.
