Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to join the FSO Technology Service Delivery team. You will design, build, test and support modern web applications using Angular, React and TypeScript, delivering scalable UI across client projects.

Expect collaboration with advisory professionals and travel up to 30% to engage with clients. Requires a Bachelor’s in CS or related field and at least 6 years of frontend development experience with strong UI/UX focus and RESTful API integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in technology software development.
• Strong frontend development experience with Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience designing reusable components, SPAs, state management, accessible UI.
• Experience leading frontend solution design and enterprise apps.
• Experience integrating frontends with RESTful APIs and auth/error handling.
• Experience with Git, npm/Yarn, CI/CD, testing frameworks.
• Mentoring developers and driving engineering best practices.
• Comfortable in Agile teams and collaborating with UX, backend, product, QA, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user requirements; design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and support responsive web apps.
• Deliver high quality systems with focus on usability, accessibility, reliability and performance.
• Lead frontend solution architecture and design decisions.
• Collaborate with client engagement teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Stay updated on tech trends and provide recommendations.
