Job summary

THE PLAID AGENCY is seeking a Digital + Content Marketing Manager to lead web development and marketing initiatives. You’ll translate Figma concepts into fast, production-ready sites on WordPress and Elementor, while coordinating with design, account, and leadership teams.

You’ll push the boundaries with automated tooling, build custom plugins, and guide projects from concept through launch, ensuring UX and accessibility are top priorities across client sites and internal tools.

Qualifications

• Front-end focused and fluent in WordPress and Elementor
• Comfortable adopting new development tools quickly and making them part of your workflow
• Curious and willing to move with evolving platforms and stack
• Clear communicator who owns their work

Responsibilities

• Turn Figma designs into fast, responsive, production-ready websites and landing pages
• Use automated development tooling as a core part of the workflow, directing the build
• Develop custom WordPress plugins, components, and functionality that extend marketing sites
• Support builds on the modern stack (Next.js, React, Storyblok, Vercel, Supabase) as we grow
• Build to requirements and iterate until it’s right
• Bring ideas to designers early: animation, interaction, and unique functionality
• Apply a strong UX sense to every build, from movement to feel
• Own the ongoing management of client websites on WP Engine and Vercel
• Handle client edits, fixes, and small enhancements with quick turnaround
• Maintain code quality, performance, and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with designers, account leads, and leadership from concept to launch
• Participate in client meetings, explaining technical options in plain language
