About The Role

Feathr is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to help build responsive, accessible, and reliable user interfaces across its SaaS platform. This position plays a key role in ensuring customers can efficiently access tools for advertising, marketing, and analytics. You will work under the direction of the Associate Director of Product Engineering and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders. This is a remote full-time role open to candidates located in the U.S., with a preference for those in Eastern or Central time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, performant frontend interfaces using React.js (or similar frameworks).
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable code and ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
• Integrate frontend components with backend RESTful APIs.
• Participate in planning and technical solution design.
• Optimize web applications for speed and scalability.
• Contribute to frontend testing using Jest, Cypress, and React Testing Library.
• Support accessibility and frontend performance standards.
• Address production issues and support long-term application sustainability.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional frontend software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js (preferred), or Vue/Angular.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+ features.
• Experience building accessible, responsive web applications.
• Familiarity with state management tools like Redux or Context API.
• Basic knowledge of frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite).
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with testing frameworks and frontend performance optimization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
