Job summary

Fuel Talent LLC is seeking a Sr. Frontend Engineer to own multiple frontend surfaces, including marketing pages, dashboards, and product interfaces. You will ship polished TypeScript UIs, instrument analytics, and drive growth through experimentation.

You’ll work with Next.js, React, Tailwind, and modern tooling to optimize performance, accessibility, and SEO while collaborating across teams in a fully remote, TS-first environment. Experience with product analytics and A/B testing is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript and modern React expertise.
• Production experience with Next.js (App Router), including SSR, SSG, and ISR.
• Advanced CSS/Tailwind skills with an eye for responsive, accessible UI.
• Experience building reusable component systems (Radix, shadcn/ui, or similar).
• Motion and interaction design experience (Framer Motion, GSAP, CSS transitions).
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization, lazy loading, and image optimization.
• Experience with typed data fetching and state management (tRPC, React Query, GraphQL, REST, or similar).
• Testing experience with Playwright, Vitest, or comparable frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own frontend and growth initiatives across multiple product surfaces.
• Ship polished TypeScript UIs while instrumenting analytics.
• Build and maintain responsive marketing pages, dashboards, and core product UI.
• Instrument analytics, run experiments, and iterate based on user behavior.
• Collaborate across product surfaces and editor experiences.
