Job summary

Spotify AB is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Personalization, Muse to help build and scale the Rights Center. Based in New York City, you will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver an intuitive, performant frontend experience for rights holders.

You will design responsive interfaces, manage complex data flows, and contribute to cross-functional product discovery while maintaining strong testing and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Experience building modern web apps with TypeScript and React.
• Strong state management and data-flow design.
• Experience integrating APIs such as REST, gRPC, or GraphQL.
• Design responsive, accessible interfaces with good UX.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the Spotify Rights Center web application for rightsholders.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality UX.
• Develop complex workflows for large datasets and multi-step processes.
• Integrate frontend with multiple backend services to enable scalable data flows.
• Write performant, accessible frontend code using modern practices.
• Partner with backend engineers to design evolving APIs.
• Contribute to product discovery and ideation with cross-functional teams.
• Improve frontend architecture and coding standards.
