Job summary

CUBE is hiring a Frontend Engineer for its Berlin AI lab. You will build scalable frontend apps and AI-powered interfaces, owning your work in a small, agile team. You’ll collaborate with backend, AI engineers, and a PM/Designer to deliver integrated enterprise capabilities.

You will work closely with AI researchers to productionize features, contribute to UI/UX decisions, and help shape the frontend architecture in a fast-paced RegTech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building real-world React and TypeScript applications.
• Understanding of component-based frontend architecture and modern React patterns.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data flows.
• Strong eye for design and user-friendly UX.
• Experience writing automated tests and maintainable code.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong English communication and ability to work in a startup-like team.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and scale frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop integrations between frontend, backend APIs, and AI systems.
• Work with state management like Jotai and Mantine for responsive interfaces.
• Contribute to frontend architecture and clean component-based design.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to productionize AI-powered features.
• Focus on performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and UX.
