Job summary

Accrete is seeking a Frontend Engineer to rapidly morph ideas, mission requirements, and technical concepts into working prototypes. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, AI teams, and government customers to ingest data, build lightweight apps and workflows, test approaches, and iterate quickly based on feedback.

The ideal candidate is a generalist who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, learning new technologies, and delivering functional prototypes over lengthy design phases.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence or Lifestyle Polygraph.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or related technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Prototype software quickly to turn ideas into working prototypes.
• Work with AI/ML teams to integrate models into prototypes and evaluate production potential.
• Collaborate across data ingestion, transformation, APIs, and UI components to deliver MVPs.
• Draft software documentation and communicate prototype capabilities and tradeoffs.
