ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the frontend engineering team building a retail trading platform focused on speed, clarity, and trust. You will own key parts of the user experience and turn complex, real-time market data into intuitive tools for active traders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and maintain fast, accessible web applications and reusable UI libraries.
• Create high-performance interactive charts and real-time data visualizations.
• Improve application speed and reliability through performance work and client-side caching.
• Integrate REST APIs and WebSocket streams, and manage robust client-side state.
• Maintain CI/CD workflows for automated builds, previews, testing, and rollbacks.
• Partner with design and backend engineering to ship and continuously refine product experiences.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• One to ten years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• Strong skills with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and WAAPI, plus experience with testing tools such as Jest, Vitest, or Cypress.
• Experience building latency-sensitive, real-time interfaces, ideally for trading, gaming, or casino products.
• Personal experience actively trading crypto, perpetuals, or other markets, or professional frontend experience at a trading firm or exchange.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and WebSocket streams.
• An active GitHub with recent coding and public, live frontend work demonstrating polished visual quality.
• Able to code effectively independently, without relying excessively on AI coding tools.
• A degree is not required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary is $185,000 to $300,000 USD annually.

LOCATION

On-site in New York, New York, United States.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, except for TN visa holders.
