Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a frontend leader to own the architecture for the W&B frontend, shaping performance, stability, and cross-team collaboration. You will define rendering strategies, partner on API design, and drive large-scale overhauls that improve user experience across data-heavy workflows.

You bring 8+ years in frontend development with React/TypeScript, strong performance engineering skills, and a track record of coordinating across teams to ship reliable, scalable interfaces.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building user-facing software with frontend architecture focus
• Led transformation of a large React application with emphasis on performance and developer experience
• Strong command of React and TypeScript with GraphQL and modern state management such as Redux or Zustand
• Proficient in performance instrumentation, tracing, and data-driven improvements
• Solid client-side caching fundamentals and data normalization
• Experience with bundlers/build tooling and code-splitting strategies
• Ability to design API architectures at a high level to improve frontend performance
• Track record coordinating across engineering teams and delivering across boundaries
• Operator mindset: measure, ship, and stay close to production

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend architecture of the W&B app and ensure performance, stability, and reliability
• Define delivery and rendering architecture and optimize how code is delivered
• Collaborate with backend and platform teams on API design and backend/client boundaries
• Propose and drive large-scale overhauls beyond incremental changes
• Shape designs across teams and drive consensus to land initiatives
