• Experience building production web applications with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• 5+ years of frontend or full stack software development experience.
• Comfort in fast‑paced, iterative environments with rapid prototyping and continuous improvement.
• Experience building responsive, mobile‑first interfaces.
