Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a Front Store Manager to lead the non-pharmacy side of the store. You will guide front store teams, drive service quality, and manage daily operations with a focus on profitability and performance.

You will hire and develop staff, oversee scheduling, and ensure adherence to company standards and policies while delivering an exceptional shopping experience for customers across Canada.

Formación

• Experience in managing retail teams and store operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.
• Solid understanding of store finances and cost control.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and adapt to changing priorities.
