Our model combines primary care, pharmacy services, and chronic disease management under one roof, creating a new, lower-cost site of care for underserved communities.

We operate across multiple states and are rapidly expanding a network of rural clinics co-located with pharmacies. Our goal is to deliver scalable, high-quality care while improving access, outcomes, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the front shop register, process customer transactions accurately, and maintain a welcoming, organized checkout area.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items throughout the store, and elevate clinical or prescription-related questions to the pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
• Manage front shop inventory, including stocking shelves, receiving deliveries, merchandising displays, and flagging low-supply items.
• Assist customers with general billing and payment questions at the point of sale.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment in accordance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA requirements when in proximity to the pharmacy counter.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with customers, fostering a positive in-store experience.
• Support the broader pharmacy team with general workflow tasks during busy periods, as needed.
