FINN Partners is seeking a proactive Account Coordinator in our New York office. This role blends agency operations with exposure to high-level strategy, offering daily mentorship with executives and opportunities to contribute to client projects.

You will coordinate meetings, help with recruitment onboarding, and assist in creating pitch decks for luxury and lifestyle clients. The position is hybrid with two in-person days per week, and collaboration across FINN Travel and Maverick Creative

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in PR, marketing, or luxury hospitality.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Office tools and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings in-person and virtually, ensuring rooms, tech, materials, and catering are prepared.
• Assist with onboarding and candidate logistics for recruiting.
• Support creation of visually compelling decks and research materials for pitches.
• Maintain documents, trackers, and team resources; monitor timelines and milestones.
• Draft executive briefings and ensure materials align with brand voice.
• Support brand presence on LinkedIn and Instagram for FINN Travel and Maverick Creative.
