FINN Partners’ Travel practice is seeking an Account Coordinator, Agency Operations in New York. This hybrid role supports the leadership with operations backbone and onboarding while gaining exposure to high-level strategy in travel and lifestyle communications.

You will participate in account brainstorms, client projects, and presentations, with mentorship and a path toward a full- time PR/account-facing career within the team.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in PR, Marketing, or luxury hospitality.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace, and Canva.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A "No Task Too Small" attitude; calendars and room setups are vital to winning accounts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-office and virtual meetings end-to-end, ensuring rooms, technology, materials, and catering are prepared.
• Plan and support internal events, trainings, and team gatherings to boost engagement and the employee experience.
• Oversee the team’s monthly calendar, tracking key events and trainings.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate logistics; assist onboarding coordination.
• Support new business pitches with visually stunning decks and research materials (PowerPoint and Canva).
• Maintain shared documents, trackers, and team resources; monitor timelines and milestones.
• Draft executive briefs and presentations; ensure clarity and brand voice.
• Support branding on LinkedIn and Instagram for FINN Travel and Maverick Creative.
