Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a dental front office role.
• Must have strong treatment planning capabilities.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance processes is a plus.
• Experience with Open Dental is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering outstanding customer service
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Present treatment plans clearly and discuss financial options with patients
• Coordinate insurance verification and billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Foster a positive and professional atmosphere in the office
