Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery for front office trading implementations, enhancements, migrations, upgrades, and major client initiatives.

The role requires strong knowledge of capital markets trading workflows, trader and sales trader needs, order and execution management processes, market connectivity, trading venues, integrations, testing, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client-facing technology delivery projects in capital markets.
• Strong understanding of front office trading environments and workflows.
• Experience with trading desks, EMS/OMS, or platform integrations.
• Ability to translate client scope into milestones and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for front office client projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage delivery within trading workflows including order routing and EMS/OMS integration.
• Translate approved scope into executable milestones, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate market connectivity, testing, and venue certification where applicable.
• Maintain Jira as the system of record for delivery planning and status.
• Establish governance cadence, reporting, RAID logs, and escalation paths.
• Drive go-live readiness and seamless handover to support.
