Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in Technology Business Management, Technology Operations, PMO or related roles.
• Experience building executive presentations, business plans, process documentation, and technical diagrams.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams, business partners, and external vendors.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with trading desks and portfolio managers is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Support technology leadership in managing strategic initiatives and ongoing projects.
• Coordinate project activities, track deliverables, manage reporting, and support PMO functions.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, standards, and technology documentation.
• Build and manage internal knowledge repositories and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams on planning, requirements gathering, and design.
• Assist with technology budgeting, financial tracking, and resource planning.
• Create BRDs, functional specs, and technical diagrams.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments such as legal and procurement.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on objectives.
