Job summary

Tenex Capital Management is seeking a Director of Business Technology to shape and deliver technology initiatives across CRM, ERP, data and analytics, and workflow automation as the organization scales. This hands-on leader will design, configure, automate, and integrate solutions while guiding cross-functional teams and external partners.

The role requires practical delivery with ongoing governance and roadmap maturation.

Qualifications

8-10 years of progressive technology experience.
Ability to deliver technical solutions hands-on.
APIs, systems integration, SQL, data movement/transformation.
Experience with CRM/ERP platforms; Zoho/NetSuite/Snowflake helpful.
Experience leading cross-functional tech projects.
Strong communication with execs.
Hiring/mentoring experience beneficial.
Hands-on depth with broad systems thinking.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, automate, integrate, and support business technology solutions hands-on.
Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate external partners.
Define systems of record, integration patterns, data ownership, and boundaries.
Mature roadmap, intake process, governance, and team support.
Manage vendor relationships and performance for tech initiatives.
Mentor analysts and developers; build lean tech capability.
