Job summary

DRW Holdings, LLC. in New York City is seeking a Software Engineer for Cumberland/FICCO Front Office Systems.

You will collaborate closely with traders to turn alpha signals and risk management insights into scalable production systems, embedding with desks to understand their needs and deliver high-impact tooling. You will own projects from prototype to production, work across C++, Python, and Typescript, and participate in on-call support as part of a fast-moving, high-performance Front Office

Qualifications

• Up to 7 years of experience using C++ and Python.
• Direct experience with end customers and production systems.
• Ability to dive deep into complex problems and manage ambiguity.
• Experience with Linux-based, concurrent, high-throughput, low-latency software.
• Experience in FICC or delta one store is a plus.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in CS/Math/Stats/Physics/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work with Cumberland and FICC trading desks to build production-grade tools.
• Take ownership from prototype to stable production.
• Embed with trading desks to learn problem spaces and build scalable solutions.
• Maintain central trading platform and provide on-call support.
