Qualifications

7+ years of experience with high‑performance software in finance or similar fast‑paced environments.
Experience collaborating directly with end users and trading desks to tailor production systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex domains and minimize risk.

Responsibilities

Embed with Cumberland/FICCO trading desks to build specialized tools for alpha signals and risk management.
Take ownership from prototype to production‑grade systems across multiple languages.
Develop scalable, low-latency software for central trading platforms and production support.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Research Engineering and Execution Engineering.
