Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets, including 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $21.58, based on experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for assigning work and ensuring the completion of daily tasks in Front Office operations, delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include:

  1. Assign work and supervise team performance in all Front Office procedures including guest check-in/out, lobby traffic, luggage assistance, telephone services, and room rate determination.
  2. Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  3. Support team members in handling guest requests and resolving complaints.
  4. Schedule and assign daily work, lead pre-shift meetings, and train team members.
  5. Monitor, observe, and evaluate team performance.
  6. Adjust staffing based on lobby traffic.
