Front Office Supervisor - Signia by Hilton Atlanta (Finance)

Signia by Hilton Atlanta is looking to welcome a Front Office Supervisor to join the team!

The ideal candidate will have previous Hilton experience, OnQ experience is required, good communication skills, open availability, and a minimum of 1 year experience in a lead role at a hotel front desk.

Shift Pattern: Open availability required Monday - Sunday between 6am - 11pm

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

  • Assign work and supervise team member performance in all Front Office procedures including guest check-in/check-out, lobby traffic, luggage assistance, telephone services, and room rate determination
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints promptly and courteously
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest requests and resolving complaints
  • Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre-shift meetings, train team members
  • Monitor, observe, and evaluate team member performance
  • Adjust staffing based on lobby traffic
