Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality service to guests, exceeding expectations.
  • Assign duties to staff for efficient operations.
  • Assist in training, interviewing, and hiring associates.
  • Promote teamwork, morale, and respect among staff.
  • Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in emergency responses.
  • Monitor room status, rates, and availability.
  • Coordinate room blocking and check-in procedures.
  • Ensure prompt guest service and pre-registration standards.
  • Manage employee schedules, VIP arrivals, and maintenance issues.
  • Interact professionally with guests to resolve issues.
  • Act as Manager on Duty as needed.
Education and Experience
  • Deep knowledge of hotel front desk operations.
  • Basic math and effective communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and time management skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and be a team player.
  • Exceed guest expectations.
