ENVISION YOURSELF AS THE FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR

You are friendly, approachable, organized, and enjoy interacting with many different people. With a warm and patient disposition, you seek to make guests and teammates feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident in your ability to resolve conflicts. You enjoy working with an upbeat team and interacting with many people throughout your day.

Your responsibilities will include working alongside management to oversee the day to day operation of the front office to ensure the delivery of high quality service to our guests. You will aid in handling and processing all aspects of check ins and outs, reservations, payments, guest requests, and any other support needed from your team.

With a minimum of 1 year of experience, along with your unmatched guest service and communication skills, you will thrive in this role. Knowledge of Opera is preferred. Above all, you will keep the team motivated through your energetic, positive leadership style while leading them to exceed guest expectations and deliver exceptional service.
