Job summary

Sanderling Resort in Kitty Hawk, NC is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front office team and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.

You will assist in coaching staff on guest loyalty programs, including FHR standards of service, and uphold impeccable grooming and professional behavior. This role requires effective teamwork with other departments and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Strong attention to detail and organization

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Sanderling quality standards, policies and procedures are properly understood and followed through by Front Office staff members.
• Assist the Front Office Managers in coaching and training front desk staff with respect to all guest loyalty programs, including all FHR standards of service.
• Ensure and maintain a very high standard of personal hygiene, behavior and grooming /dress standards of staff
• Handle all guest complaints and comments relating to the department tactfully and resolve as necessary
• Ensure that the FHR and Forbes Standards are continuously refreshed, maintained and used effectively
• Cooperate and coordinate teamwork with other departments
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Front Desk Managers or Guest Services Manager.
