We are looking for an “Front Office Supervisor who is dynamic, pro-active and enthusiastic.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or Diploma from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related major
  • 5or more years’ experience in Front Office, Guest Relations or related professional area. (Preferably in a 5-star hotel.)
  • Excellent command of English (Preferably, ability to communicate in a second language)
  • Excellent supervisory skills, inter-personal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to perform all front office functions.
  • Ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to enforce all company rules and procedures.

Job Description

  • Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard,
  • Monitor the staff’s interaction with guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service; resolve discrepancies with respective personnel,
  • Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department objectives and policies,
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings/line-ups with staff and review all information pertinent to the day’s business,
  • Attend to Guests’ enquiries, requests, complaints and compliments,
  • Access all function of computer system according to established procedures and standards,
  • Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with staff to ensure guest satisfaction,
  • Provide quality service with colleagues to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest’s experience,
  • Maintain professional image while on duty with well grooming hygiene and prescribed uniform.
