Summary

Come be part of our Rooms team as the Front Desk Night Auditor at the Hyatt Regency DFW, located across from Terminal C of the DFW Airport. The Hyatt Regency DFW features 811 guestrooms and 92,000 square feet of function space.

Organization - Hyatt Regency DFW Airport

This will be an on-property role and part of the Global Hyatt Hotels Managed portfolio.

Role Responsibilities
  • Supervise front desk operations, supporting senior leadership by coaching, directing, and training team members.
  • Lead guest registration processes, communicate hotel services and promotions, and handle guest inquiries.
  • Assist with processing payments, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing.
Qualifications
  • A genuine desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Experience and thorough understanding of Front Office operations.
