Job summary

Texas ENT Specialists is seeking a friendly and organized Medical Front Desk professional to join our Otolaryngology practice. You will be the first point of contact, greet patients, schedule appointments, manage patient records, and answer calls to ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.

You will work closely with physicians and clinical staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• One year of related experience.

As our front desk representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.
