Texas ENT Specialists is seeking a friendly Medical Front Desk professional in Dallas for our Otolaryngology practice. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients and coordinating appointment scheduling and records management to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

You will collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver excellent customer service and support the patient journey from check-in to check-out.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• One year of related experience is required to qualify.
