Nucar AutoMall of Tilton is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact in our fast-paced Sales, Service, Parts and Body shop departments. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office or Google apps, and a professional appearance. Evening and every-other-weekend shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Must read and comprehend instructions, both orally and in writing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient with dealership computer systems and processes.
• Available to work some evenings and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the dealership.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
• Manage Keytrack, including stock in and out of keys.
• Keep updated records and spreadsheets of various items.
• Manage license plates including periodic audits.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
